Once you have recieved your return authorization number, please repack your eyewear and frame case along with the packing slip in the original packaging. As for the cleaning cloth, you can keep it for your next pair of frames! If the original box is unusable, please package in a suitable replacement. If you have lost your packing slip, please include a note with your return authorization number and your contact information. No credit will be given for eyewear damaged or destroyed due to customer misuse.
